This website is operated by the Likhaan Institute of Creatology and Innovation (LICI), the education and research centre of Likhaan Agglomerates, Inc., Quezon City, Philippines. For privacy matters, contact info@lici.likhaanai.com.
The only personal information this site collects directly is what you submit through the contact form: your name, email address, subject, and message. We do not require accounts, and we do not collect payment information through this site.
Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs as part of delivering and securing the site. This site does not set analytics or advertising cookies. Should that change, this policy will be updated first.
Contact-form submissions are used solely to read and respond to your enquiry. Submissions are processed and delivered to the Institute by email through a third-party form service (Web3Forms), which handles the data on our behalf for that purpose and retains a copy on its systems for a limited period (approximately thirty days on its free plan) before automatic deletion. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it except with the service providers needed to operate the site (hosting and form/email delivery) or where the law requires.
Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any continuing correspondence, after which it may be deleted.
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), you have rights including access to your personal data, correction, erasure or blocking, objection to processing, and data portability, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission. To exercise any of these rights, write to info@lici.likhaanai.com.
This site is intended for general audiences and is not designed to collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through the form, contact us and we will delete it.
